When everyone builds up an appetite, the full kitchen will beckon the group's chef to whip up tasty meals and snacks using stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, modern cookware, and a Keurig coffee pot. The picnic table will make for terrific outdoor dining. Plus, everyone can be a part of the conversation with island seating and an open layout seamlessly flowing from room to room. After a day at the beach, come back to spritz away the sand with the water hose next to the outdoor grill.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
