Summary: We stayed 4 nights. Clemons cottage was perfect for us and our 2 preteen grandsons. Beds were very comfortable. AC was great. House was clean. Cute garden but too warm to enjoy on this trip. The kitchen was tiny but had the things we needed for some lightmeal prep. We could have used a fourth stool for the bar height table. The best part is we could park our car and walk to downtown Manteo. Would recommend this property.
