This home is a great 2009 build with lots of features and only a mile away from the back gate of Little Rock Air Force Base. Nestled between Jacksonville and Gravel Ridge. The Green Mile from Little Rock Air Force Base has great landscape features, beautiful trees, wild raspberry and blackberry bushes and a great 400 sq ft Flagstone Patio with Fireplace and Wet Bar.
The home sleeps 8-10 comfortably with two people per bed because the non-master bedrooms are a set of bunk beds in each room -- high-end bunk beds, two full and two twins. We have bunk beds so there are room for more activities!
The final room is a home office, but it can be converted into a 4th bedroom by removing the center table and using the self-inflating queen air mattress in the closet.
You'll find the kitchen has room to make any meals you want. A washer and dryer are on the premise to make it easy to do laundry.
***A trash bin is available and should be rolled out Sunday Night for Monday morning Trash Pick-up. The local city will not pick up trash not in the trash bin, so get it in there and don't let it pile up! Recycle bins are also available for various recyclables, also picked up Monday Morning.***
