This cozy cutie is the perfect getaway for 2. Tucked away on a quiet, private half acre among beautiful live oak trees, yet only minutes from everything Rockport-Fulton has to offer. Great restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. The beach is 7 minutes away by car. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large L-shaped deck, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and a bistro dining set. Relax after a day of fishing or shopping around the firepit under the stars. Summary: This rental was similar to a small bedroom in a house, but there was plenty of room to park my boat. We liked the location because it was within close proximity to the boat ramp. We did find roaches and other insects inside so there was definitely a cleanliness issue. Wish they would have had a microwave.
