Summary: I have stayed here many times and it’s always been good however this stay was not as pleasant. The shower head was broken so it just hung there and water poured out like a faucet. The tv channels did not have a good picture so you had to pick and choose what to watch. Breakfast is usually pretty good but both days it was mediocre, I ended up having a bagel and the last thing is we had dinner delivered and the front desk did not allow for drivers to go up the elevator which is fine but the front desk never told me the food arrived and it had been sitting there for over ten minutes. I only found out when I checked to see where it was and it showed delivered. The hotel is normally very good and it’s always quiet but this visit was different.
