The Space:

Situated right in front of Wilson Park, a Fayetteville favorite. The park has walking trails, a public pool, tennis courts, a play area for kids, and much more. It is like renting a house with an extra large yard. The house is also within walking distance Razorback trail system, Dickson St and the Fayetteville Square, our location provides easy access to the best of the city. We are also conveniently located just 1 mile from the Razorback Stadium, making us an ideal choice for sports enthusiasts. Plus, you're just minutes away from grocery stores and a variety of local restaurants.

Full House. Parking in the driveway and street. Our house has a garage, but guests do not have access to the garage.

Located in the Wilson Park district and close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. Just blocks from downtown and Dickson St.

- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
- No smoking
- PETS - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
