Nicely remodeled one bedroom one bath cottage in the River Road area of Eugene, close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars and plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to dine in. House has T.V. no cable but does have Wi-Fi and DVD player. This house is within 15 min. of the airport. Have a nice sleep before a early flight out. This house is pet friendly. The yards are not fenced, but we are close to a park to walk.

Summary: Piccolo Cottage was perfect for our stay! The cottage is lovely, pet-friendly (thank you!!), and has a welcoming entrance and yard. It is a great location, with convenient access to Eugene and the University; it is a nice neighborhood and even has a park nearby. These were good for walking our dog. The Hosts are very responsive, prompt with information and helpful. We were very comfortable and will stay again when in the area.
