To maximize your enjoyment we have a patio with a fire pit, as well as the boat dock with a huge upper deck. There is a boat lift and closet available for your use as well. The upper deck is perfect for getting some sun or watching the sunset! There is an additional outdoor showering area and an outdoor half bath for convenience while enjoying the exterior lake activities.
Inside is set up seamlessly, the lower floor has the kitchen, main living, dining, and half bath. As well as covered front and back patios. The upper floor contains the Master Suite, Bunk Bed Room, Third Bedroom, Upper living room, Second Full Bathroom, and Upper Lake View Patios.
Please note, this home is in the Overlook Cove HOA. The house access sidewalk, side yard, and boat dock are shared common area. We are a small, friendly community of boat slip owners. Please feel free to say hi!
