Waterfront Home - Located inside the canal waterfront community of Dolphin Point, this unique home has it all for a group of up to 8 adults and 4 children under 13 (Community restrictions require no more than this). It's no wonder GK Bay Place is one of our most popular rentals. There are two boat slips with boat lifts if you rent the entire home. The unit Downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed plus a hall bathroom with shower and also a living room and kitchen to boot! Upstairs this gem boasts four bedrooms with two of those being Private Suites so plenty of room for the whole family at the GK! Park the boat(s) in back on the canal then retire up to the spacious deck over the boat slips for a nice view of the canal activities or relax in the outdoor furniture while you watch the dolphins in front where the porch faces the ICW. This beautiful bay home has other amenities which include and Ice Machine and Freezer available for your use. One of a kind Waterfront Home for a one of a kind coastal experience!
