These are to be hung from mirror if you expect any guests, they must park in the spaces labeled "Visitors".
• Parking in front of the building isn’t guaranteed, but you can use any available spaces within the property following the rules. Complexes are built to accommodate one visitor per unit. Even so, all parking spaces may occasionally be occupied due to high traffic, but if contacted, we can always provide a resolution or alternative.
• Guest Verification (Required for 18+) For security purposes, all guests aged 18+ are required to complete a quick identity verification after the reservation is confirmed.
