Villa Colleen is only 310 m from a small boat dock, kayak ramp, and bay, located in a quiet residential area in Tropical Shores Vamo, only about 6 miles from the #1 beach in the USA, Siesta Key. The approximately 250 sqm house has 4 (5) bedrooms (3 with king-size beds), 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a comfortable, spacious living and dining area for 8-10 people. The heated pool and large terrace are surrounded by a pool cage. On the first floor, there are 2 more bedrooms with king-size beds – one with its own terrace. The house is equipped with fast wireless internet WiFi 250Mbit/s, a new 65-inch flat-screen TV (with an extended digital TV package of YoutubeTV) in the living area, and a second TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs have large king-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. The fifth bedroom with a queen-size bed is private but can be made available on request. There is a large outdoor grill, a spacious covered terrace, and plenty of sun loungers and chairs.
