This expansive retreat accommodates up to 8 adults, per Bedford County Planning and Zoning Ordinance and the Short-Term Rental Permit (children aged 2 and under are welcome and excluded from this count). This limit aligns with the approved 4-bedroom septic system.
**This home is dog friendly for animals up to 70 pounds with a $250 pet fee for a single pet. One additional dog is permitted with an additional $100 fee. Pets must be disclosed at time of booking. No cats please as the owner has severe allergies.**

Summary: My family and I spent a long weekend at this house. The house was spacious and clean, and had everything we could possibly need. We were able to bring our own boat and use the dock which made going out on the lake easy and convenient. The views were amazing. We are planning on returning next summer.
