Summary: We got what we paid for! It's a reasonably priced old Motel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It lacked a few of the amenities we're used to in the larger, chain hotels, but for what we needed and the amount of time spent there, it was perfectly adequate. The only things I think that would have made it better was a bedside lamp and a chair. We never saw a manager or any of the staff, but they kept in contact through text.

Summary: Good location, near Hot Springs Park, easy walk into town. Good value, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Terrific service from on site assistant, very helpful with easy check-in.

Summary: Don't expect modern rooms, but what you can expect is a clean room, with microwave; small fridge and coffee maker for a reasonable price. Friendly staff.
Very close to Hot Springs Park and Taco John's neighbor.

Summary: While it was less expensive than other places in the area it was old and needed a lot of work.
It was clean but...There was no outlet in the bathroom, light switch missing a cover. There were little bugs in the sink when we got up the next morning. Fitted sheet didn't stay on the bed.
Traffic noise during the night kept me awake.

Summary: It was a last minute booking. Place was clean though a little dated. Homey. It had WiFi, tv and mini fridge. Place was quiet save the neighbor that had the tv on repeat all night.
