PARKING: there is one car parking space in the garage next to the golf cart. Additional cars that will be parked on the driveway will need a 2 week pass. No RV, Vans or Camping vehicles can be left in the driveway for more than 48 hours.
LOCATION: This quiet community where peace and mountain views abound, is 20 minutes from the awesome town of Fountain Hills, with a world renowned fountain in a 32 acre park, surrounded by hills. On the road between Rio Verde and Fountain Hills, is the McDowell Mountain National Park, a great hiking and mountain biking area. On this road, the views of Four Peaks, the McDowell Mountains and the Superstitions are breathtaking.
Leave Rio Verde by the Northern route and you will access North Scottsdale with high-end shopping, restaurants and easy interstate access, or turn right to the Boulders and the little cowboy town of Cave Creek.
