Extra large living room with fireplace. Modern kitchen with all the cooking essentials. All granite countertops. Spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths, 1900 sq ft home. Lots of seating to enjoy family or friends. Turn on the 70" TV & watch all your streaming channels.
Please note 4th bedrooms is downstairs, but does not have a door.
The Space:
Our house has comfortable luxury mattresses with pillow tops and plenty of sheets and pillows. Large back yard in a secluded neighborhood. The house has ultra fast internet, but is located away from it all.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom with custom shower, large closet and 65" Smart TV.
Guest Bedrooms: One King bed downstairs and 2 Queen beds with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.
Please note 4th bedrooms is downstairs, but does not have a door. This room has quite a bit of privacy because it has its own own stairway, bathroom and separate entrance to the back yard.
This listing includes a $250 refundable deposit.
Guest Access:
The entire house is yours except for the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Secluded neighborhood with large lots, close to Beaver lake. Still close to town. Not more than a 15 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
- No smoking
- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces
- Garage is not available to guests.
- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
