Summary: host was great and responsive. shame on me for reserving a basement, temp os contolled by top unit, it was cold. yes heaters in closet, at 95 outside seemed strange to need a heater. layout wonky, bathoom is small, if you have 1 or 2 staying may be better. there is an extra mirror so i moved into kitchen to free up bath, but no lights and height was difficult to use. if you can secure south of 70/night with 1 or 2 prople may work. we wont atay again
