Please familiarize yourself with the amenities that come with your rental so you are prepared for your stay. Home sleeps up to 10. Cooperstown All Star village is an 18 mile drive . Luxurious and timeless describe this historic gem situated in the historic Village of Gilbertsville. Our village is known for its Rockwellian charm and this home does not disappoint. Once inhabited by the village historian, you can still enjoy an antique map of the Town of Butternuts, which is engrained into the wall of the front parlor. Also the front parlor serves as a library and a table ready for a game of backgammon.
Three bedrooms on the second floor include a king master suite with its own en suite bathroom, as well as two guest bedrooms with two single beds in each and a shared guest bathroom.
This home boasts a state of the art custom kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals, as well as all dinnerware. A lovely dining room fit for a king is just off the kitchen with plenty of seating for 8-10 people.
The kitchen is also open to a family room in the back of the home where you can enjoy watching television or sit in the barstools at the end of the kitchen to visit while someone prepares your meals.
A laundry room is also on the first floor as well as another full bathroom for guests that may stay on the futon located in the office downstairs. This home can comfortably sleep 9-10 people. All linens are provided.

Summary: 3 Sylvan Street is perfect for families and friends. Beautiful home, porch and large yard. I truly loved the old character of the home with its modern, sleek updates. I would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious space to enjoy!
