The Pearl of Port Aransas is located in Endless Summer, which is one of the newest townhomes in Port Aransas. It is a three bedroom, three en-suite bathroom, Port Aransas townhome with easy access to the beach, downtown shopping, and dining. Boasting a light and airy farmhouse design, The Pearl of Port Aransas is the quintessential beach house vacation rental home. Located on the rooftop is a canvas covered crow's nest with partial ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as, breathtaking Port A views. There's a double egg swing for you to relax and take in the sounds, sights, and ocean breeze. The community pool is heated and has plenty of place to kick back and relax under the palapas. In the off-season, between December thru the end of Spring Break, the Pool is ONLY heated on the weekends, with the exception of the weeks of Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
The Pearl of Port Aransas comfortably sleeps seven (7) adult guests and there is a crib available upon request. There is covered parking under the townhome carport for one vehicle and room for two vehicles in the driveway. There is NO parking in the street or blocking the flow of traffic within the subdivision. Pets are NOT allowed. The golf cart under the carport is NOT available to rent. Guests must be 25 years of age to rent The Pearl of Port Aransas.
Living, Dining, and Kitchen Space
From the main entry is a set of stairs which lead to the living, dining, and kitchen space. The main level of the home is a beautiful open concept space with tall ceilings, perfect for gathering for meals, family games, and great conversations! The kitchen offers upgraded touches like quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and high end stainless steel appliances. Additional amenities include: a coffee bar with Keurig and carafe, air fryer, Ninja blender, electric skillet, four slice toaster, and waffle maker. There is seating for (4) four at the kitchen bar and a dining table for (6) six. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating on a couch, love seat, and two occasional chairs. There is a large 65" streaming television to enjoy during your down time at the beach. There is a full size washer and located on the main level...convenient!
Primary Bedroom En-suite
Located on the main level off the living area is the primary bedroom which is furnished with a king bed with memory foam mattress, a 55" smart television, and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs Open Loft Area
Up a set of stairs from the main level, you will find a kid friendly space in the loft area. Here you will find a twin bed, 55" smart television, and space for a crib (available upon request). There is access to the balcony from the loft area. There is seating for (4) four and a spiral staircase which leads to the roof top canvas covered crows nest with double egg swing.
Guest En-suite Bedrooms
Both guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor near the loft area and balcony. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, 42" smart television, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The second guest bedroom is furnished with (2) two twin beds with memory foam mattresses, 42" smart television, and en-suite tub/shower combo, perfect for the younger kids.

The beach is a short 0.9 miles away with downtown shopping and dining a quick 0.3 miles away.
