Waterfront home with a large deck with a bed swing, outdoor dining & a hot tub overlooking the lake! A large, level backyard is unique to most lake properties and provides a great spot for a game of horseshows. Swim stairs lead you into 2.5 feet deep water and gradually 5-7 feet deep. Nice swim area with tie downs and bumpers for your boat right in front of the house!
The home is located on a quiet cove just outside the main channel. The cove is a "slow" zone for boats and provides a safe environment for swimming and paddleboarding.
The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals, with a charcoal grill in BBQ is more your style. The dining table can seat up to 8 people, with 4 additional barstools at the kitchen island. Patio dining table provides an outdoor option.
The home also has a large sunken den, bonus space (upstairs), wet bar and guest laundry. The main bedroom with ensuite bath is on the main floor (King bed). 3 more bedrooms are located upstairs (2 Kings and Queen.
