This large studio above the garage is down a private lane minutes from historic downtown Montgomery.
Separated from the main part of the house by a breezeway and up your private stairs, enjoy peace and space in this ideal location.
Walk up the stairs and the first stop is a home office with a closed door. Next is the walk-in closet with dresser, luggage rack and plenty of hangers. Lastly the large room which is able to easily accommodate an eating area with luxury dining armchairs, 46” TV, California King sized bed, rocking armchair and mid-sized fridge and microwave. Past the bedroom is the expansive bathroom with full vanity, Turkish steam bath, rainfall shower and separate toilet room with bidet.
Guests have their own parking space, breezeway with a Keurig coffee/tea station and full use of our updated kitchen in the main part of the house.
Through the breezeway door in the backyard, find your own patio area with bistro table and shade. And it wouldn’t be a getaway without a hot tub spa obscured by a privacy fence. Guests may use the pool when in season with private use when given enough notice to reserve a time period. Please let me know upon booking any requests for private pool or hot tub time.
We are happy to chat but will take your lead. If you’re in the kitchen we’ll give you space but don’t expect to get away without a breakfast or wine invitation or two!
The neighborhood is only 15 minutes from the MetroNorth, a quiet area with farms and villages nearby. Within 30 minutes of many attractions like wineries and hiking.
