Summary: We had booked1 room for Friday night June 12th. That booking went through. However our booking for the 13th for two rooms had not. My credit card had been billed and I had a confirmation number. Very disappointed in Hotels.com as well as the hotel. They were both pointing their fingers at each other on whose fault it was. I did get my refund from Hotels. Com but there were no other other hotels available in this town so I had to stay 30 minutes further away. So disappointing. The hotel was ok for the price but others in my group were told there were getting rooms with 2queen beds but instead had king beds. A lot of long term roofing workers staying on the 2nd floor.
