Positive: The rooms were small, but adequate. The robes, bed, pillows were very nice. Very warm and comfortable.

Negative: If you’re going to charge five star prices, you need to provide five star service. This property came up very short on that promise. Outside of the lone front desk, female employee, the remainder of the staff were not friendly or accommodating. Our $75 room service breakfast was served late, outside of the 30 minute window they required. The common areas of the spa were overcrowded. The massages were overpriced relative to the quality. It was fine. We certainly won’t return.

Summary: Five star prices, three star experience.
