The living room is perfect for lounging and features a cozy sofa, a 44” Smart TV with HULU available.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, and a dining table, making it easy to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. The bathroom features a spacious shower with all toiletries included.
This unit can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, with the sofa converting into a comfortable bed. The unit is located just a few steps away from local restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it a perfect home base for exploring the city.
The area is quiet except for the occasional siren associated with an urban area and the bustle of cars as we are near a major street. If you are a light sleeper, please let us know.
The A/C unit is a window unit which means we prep and install them once the weather is consistently warm (70 or above) for a week or more before re-installing them for the summer months. We may provide portable fans if we have an unseasonably warm day or 2 in the early spring months. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding the A/C.

Summary: Pros: -Close to downtown, although the neighborhood did not feel the safest at night. -Free parking onsite. -Spacious. -Friendly housekeeping staff. Cons: -No check-in instructions ahead of time. When I arrived, I called the number listed in the booking and spoke to Jaime. It took some time to find my booking information, which seemed odd, but she helped me get checked in. -The kitchen lacked essential cooking equipment. I was staying for over a week, so this was really disappointing. Jaime agreed they would reimburse me for buying a pot (there were none) for the unit to use. I have repeatedly asked and have not yet been reimbursed for this. -There is only one usable outlet in the kitchen. -Two burners on the stove would not light, no lighter in the unit. -There is a gas stove with no ventilation. -The claw foot tub is old, and the paint is cracking (hence why there are no photos of it in the listing). The shower curtains are oddly placed so no matter how careful I was, water got on the floor when showering. -The toilet seat was not secure and was extremely close to the vanity, making it an uncomfortable experience. -The bottom third of the mattress on the bed sags dramatically. -The WiFi is spotty. I ended up using my phone's hotspot multiple times. -The back door has a significant gap between the door and the frame making it feel questionably secure. Some of these complaints may seem insignificant, but added up for over a week they amount to an unenjoyable stay.
