This Cottage is a 4 minute walk to Central Baptist College and within a 6 minute drive to UCA, Hendrix, 2 hospitals, sports complexes, parks, walk/bike trails, shopping and Conway's vibrant downtown.

Summary: I really enjoyed this house. It was one of only a few pet friendly listings so I didn't have many choices so I was nervous. But it was super clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to downtown and the colleges. The host was responsive and friendly. I'd definitely stay there again.
