Canal House is a renovated and designer- decorated three bedroom vacation home in the highly coveted Key Royale neighborhood - an island on the island. The house is located on a beautiful canal where you can kayak, paddle board or simply relax watching the sunset and marine life. Our canal has access to the intercoastal waterway.

Canal House is within walking distance to the beach – just a mile and a half away, at the end of 66th Street. You can bike around the island or ride the free trolley to all the hot spots. The island offers everything you need for a complete getaway. There are lots of great local stores and restaurants, a Publix full service grocery, gas stations, vacation equipment rentals, public library, skate park, dog park, and more.

The outdoor living area with fully screened lanai is a great place to spend your days and nights around your own private pool. Fully furnished with dining for 8, lounge chairs, sofa, and BBQ grill. Sliders open up the whole house to the pool and lanai for the ultimate indoor/outdoor living.

The family room has new comfortable designer furnishings and art. There is a large flat screen TV and plenty of games and books for you to use as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for all your cooking needs. All new appliances and wall mounted tv. Kitchen opens up onto pool and lanai with a canal view.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, ensuite bath with a shower and a great view of the canal. Second bedroom has a king bed and overlooks the pool. The second bath is outside the second and third bedroom. Third bedroom has two twin beds for kids or guests and overlooks the pool. The home features high quality linens and towels. All rooms have ceiling fans.

Summary: Everything went great from start to finish...house extremely well stocked. Location was perfect, so very quiet and relaxing. Outdoor area set up beautifully. We did underestimate not having a heated pool, we didn't use it as much as we would have liked. All in all, a great stay! Jeanie and John
