Offering amenities for up to 16 people, our three-story, 8-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is the perfect blend of spaciousness, luxury, and convenience!
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our home's serene, landscaped path to the front door and charming front patio. When entering the home, you will first walk in to see our formal dining room with seating for 8 people and to the left is a foosball table! Keep walking in and you will find our kitchen and living room. Our living room is complete with a comfy couch, two lounge chairs, an easy-to-use remote-controlled fireplace, a 55-inch Samsung TV and Sonos sound system, this is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee. Our kitchen area is open concept with the living space and includes another table for 6, a kitchen island,high-end amenities and appliances, a ton of built-in storage and direct access to the back porch.
Downstairs on our ground floor, you'll find our second living area and kitchenette.Here, you'll find a couch, a 65-inch TCL Roku with a DVD player, board games and direct access to the backyard. The kitchenette features a microwave, coffee maker, and a four-top dining table. Upstairs you'll find ANOTHER living space. This area features a couch, a 55-inch Roku TV, a desk, and a chair.
When it's time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our EIGHT private bedrooms.
On the main floor:
(1) Our first Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, closet, 42-inch TCL Roku TV and a grand en suite bath with Jacuzzi tub.
Downstairs:
(2) Our second primary suite features a King-size bed, a closet, and an en suite bath that also connects to the hallway.
(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
Upstairs:
(5) Our fifth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and nearby bath.
(6) Our sixth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, Pack-N-Play, closet, and nearby bath.
(7) Our seventh bedroom also has aQueen-size bed, closet, and nearby bath.
(8) Our eighth and final room, just past the upstairs living room, features two Twin-size beds and a small table and chairs for kids.
Outside, unwind on our double-decker back patio! On the lower level, you'll find seating, string lights, a log fire pit, and our path leading directly to the Tristan bike trail! On the upper patio you will find seating for 9 people, a table, fire pit, gas grill, and views of the beautiful, wooded area behind our home.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note that that there is an exterior security camera for the safety of the property.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- On street parking is NOT allowed, $100 fine will be assessed per incident.
