Summary: The hotel was clean, but definitely felt older and a bit run down. Staff was friendly and helpful, but they seemed very short-staffed and sometimes it was hard to get help because they were working elsewhere in the building.
The room was comfortable, but felt dated and dark, not extremely inviting.
Breakfast was very limited in options, with refrigerated items nonexistent or almost out.
Overall, good value for the money, but more of a bare-bones experience.

Summary: Went for a shopping getaway. Didn’t realize there was no elevator so they put us on the 1st floor. Hauling our shopping bags, etc was extremely hard to do without a luggage roller and the fact that there were stairs to get to the 1st floor (the basement). Upon arrival, we were checked in under another guests name and my credit card was put on their account. They did remove it when I noticed and asked them to correct the error.
The room itself was “ok”. Very dated but the beds were clean and comfortable. Washroom was clean. Towels were not. Asked for replacements and didn’t get any. Deadbolt did not work.
From 2am onward, occupants next door were fighting and being loud. I attempted to call the front desk to find the phone didn’t work. I used my cell and tried calling twice and there was no answer both times. Around 3:30am the Manager finally kicked them out.
If you need a quick stop to rest, this is ok. I do not recommended it for families or women traveling alone.

Summary: The was black mold in the bathroom. The pillows were subpar. My biggest complaint is that another guest was given keys to our room. Thankfully, we were just getting back to our room from dinner and saw the guest open our door w/o us in the room. The other guest was appalled as well. My room key then didn't work. The other guest and I both went to the front desk and the worker had no clue that we were occupying the room. We booked for 2 nights and this was the second night. She asked if we moved from a different room. No, no we didn't. This is unacceptable
