Summary: Very well equipped home. Kitchen has everything you could need. If you plan on bringing a boat be aware that the dock is set up differently than the listing photo. The dock now has a private boat hoist and a boat on the left, stairs on the right, a floating raft (which my kids enjoyed) to the right of the dock making docking a boat or anchoring very tricky. The paddle board and kayaks were also a nice feature.
