• The home sits on a large lot and has a grass covered yard area with a few good shade trees making it perfect for yard games and enjoying the outdoors.
• Enjoy the charcoal grill on the back patio, stare at the wood-burning fire pit, enjoy the propane pit on the back patio or venture down to the 2-slip boat dock.
• We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!
LOCATION
• We're located on the shores of Grand Lake in a quiet rural community. You won't hear busy highways or airlines flying overhead but you might hear the waves crash on the bluffs or the hum of boats cruising by.
• We're only about a 6 minute drive to Downtown Grove where you'll find some fun boutiques and great local restaurants.
• Driveway accommodates about 4 vehicles or 2 truck/trailer combos. We also have a gravel parking area directly in front of the house that can accommodate about 2 vehicles or 1 truck/trailer combo.
• Please be conscious of our neighbors and do not block their driveways or the road.
• We have a 2 car garage but we've got it nicely setup as a climate controlled game room so we do ask that you do not park any vehicle, boats or motorcycles in the garage.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.
• The charcoal grill is provided but guests will need to bring their own charcoal and lighter fluid.
• All of our TVs are smart TVs and ready for you to stream from your own accounts.
• Guests are welcome to use the boat slips at their own risk. Sorry, but our lifts were damaged and therefore no longer available. Boats can be tied off in either slip.
• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
