Welcome to our newly built guesthouse in the Berkeley Highlands neighborhood. You'll be within walking distance to some of Denver's best restaurants, bars and shops, and only a short drive to everything else the area has to offer.
In less than 10 minutes:

- Walk to Tennyson St and all its restaurants, bars and shops
- Hop on I-70 (less than 2 min away!) for access to CO ski resorts and Red Rocks Amphitheater

Summary: The guest house exceeded expectations. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped. Beds were very comfortable as was the living space upstairs. Loved the big rain shower in the bath. Great location with easy street parking. Walk to the grocery store or several restaurants. Very good value!
