Enjoy swimming, fishing and boating with the best lake and mountain view on all of Watts Barr. This stunning, deep lakefront cottage, with infinity pool, spa, and indoor and outdoor wood fireplaces has its own sizable private dock and is minutes away from local marinas and resturants.
Outdoor life is abundant in this cozy and serene gated community with walking trails, a pavilion and white sandy beaches.
Centrally located between Knoxville (40 min), Chattanooga (1hr), and Nashville (2 hr).
The home has a fully stocked kitchen, a premium selection of blankets and pillows, and luxury linens and new mattresses throughout to ensure your comfort. Summary: Our family had a great time at this property. The view of the lake is wonderful. My kids loved the pool/hot tub and the billiards and table tennis were very nice features. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked two dinners during our stay and grilled burgers on the Green Egg. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend to anyone.
