This is the best of the Smoky Mountains, situated 1 mile from Highway 321 Parkway, 6 miles from Gatlinburg and so close to Dollywood, you can even hear the train whistle. Everyone will have their space in this 3,300-square-foot property with all the comforts of home. All the charm of the mountains with the convenience of Pigeon Forge. The community pool (open Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) is a short walk away.
The Mill and the Creamery are just down the street. Many of the attractions are conveniently accessible from the Parkway. Being in the heart of Pigeon Forge has its advantages!
Multi-generational groups enjoy having separate spaces to gather and have found it to be refreshing and relaxing time together.

We hope you make amazing memories! We love the location because it is just 1 mile off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. It is in Bear Cove Falls, one of the closest subdivisions to Dollywood.
