Make memories at this newly renovated 2 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set and swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake!
This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 2 were combined to make a larger suite. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and screened porch. The 2nd bedroom has a Full sized bed with a pull out twin sized trundle bed.
This suite shares 2.3 acres with other cabins and suites on the property. It is a natural setting so there is uneven ground, rocks and stairs on the property that may make it challenging to navigate for someone with mobility issues.
At the end of the stay, guests are asked to wash all dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster located next to the yellow barn in the parking lot.
Pets are not allowed in this rental. If you would like to bring your pet on vacation with you, please consider our pet friendly suites, which are suites 1, 3, 4, 9 and 12.
