Enjoy the use of the newer dock that is equipped with a boat lift and two jet ski slips/lifts. Enjoy the sundeck and wetsteps on the dock as well. Come and enjoy a game of croquet on the extremely spacious back yard and learn the history about this home being the former location of Grand Lake's croquet tournaments!

The home features an open concept with large living room with ample seating & smart TV with views of the lake. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, new appliances, and many utensils. The dining room table seats 12 people. ALL bedrooms have kingsize beds! The second common area has built in bunkbeds. One bedroom has a king bed and a set of bunk beds. Both bathrooms have beautiful granite and plenty of storage. Both washer and dryer are full-size. We provide plenty of family board games. Instant hot water heater & generac generator incase of an electrical emergency.
OUTSIDE:
Very spacious deck with seating for multiple people. For the cooler nights we have a porch heater for use. New hot tub ready for use as well! Property sits on two acres with swingset for children and three swings facing the lake. Cement walk way leading to the lake on backside of property.
