Positive: Great location and fantastic view of mountains was the main feature for us that we loved! Rooms with different bed sizes was great for large family needing some single beds, doubles, king options. Nice to have the several bathrooms as well for a large family. There was everything we needed in kitchens and baths, laundry room, Tv worked etc..

Negative: the grill situation was not good. The gas grill was extremely dirty, and we had a hard time getting the charcoal grill going. We had planned to grill as a main meal for us, so kind of put a damper on her steak dinner. We ended up using the gas grill but putting foil down.. Some small things that could have been cleaner feeling like: sheets had a few stains, main windows with the view needed to be cleaned. The screen door had tears in it with tape. Felt it was a little overpriced overall.

Summary: fantastic views, great location, but a little overpriced
