Summary:
Don't let the location of this almost-downtown duplex fool you, it's centrally-located but quiet and restful. Near Huckleberry's Natural Market, Bennidito's Pizza, and just minutes from hospitals and downtown Spokane, you're sure to be near everything you'll need! We offer a comfortable king sized bed, and our sofa pulls into a bed as well. We offer a kitchen that can be used for cooking with basic spices and utensils, and local Roast House coffee, fast WiFi, and A/C, all for a peaceful stay.

The Space:
This lovely duplex is conveniently located on Spokane's lower South Hill, within blocks of Cannon Park, Huckleberry's, Rosauer's and many other Spokane restaurants, breweries. The apartment is setup exclusively for guests, including bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry set. There's one private parking spot in the back of the duplex, or street parking out front. The A/C are window/wall units, not central air, but they do the job.

Feel free to use the stove, pans and cookware, spices, oils and coffee. It's all for guests to enjoy. The living room includes a smart TV, so you can login to your streaming services and watch your favorite shows.

You'll be just minutes from Deaconess Hospital, Sacred Heart, Ronald McDonald House and Shriner's Hospitals, and to I-90. Drive, walk, LimeScooter, LimeBike, Uber, Lyft or public transportation are all available for your use. The neighborhood is quiet, streets are paved and well-maintained with sidewalks along most streets, and lined with beautiful trees.

Air conditioning is a seasonal amenity. We only offer it between the end of May and mid-September.
