This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is located near Warm Springs and sleeps 4 people comfortably! The kitchen, which has new appliances, granite countertops, and 4 bar stools, is fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating and ample lighting. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There is a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and all the streaming apps. Basic cable is also provided. The balcony is off the living room with outdoor furniture to enjoy. The condo also features a smart speaker for listening to your favorite music or audio. High-speed wireless internet access is provided, as well! The bedroom has a king bed and access to a hallway bath with shower only and a single sink vanity.

Complex features: There is parking for one car and coin-operated laundry on site. The condo is one mile from the Warm Springs Lifts and is directly on the bike path/walking path that will take you to downtown Ketchum. The free bus stop is close by for getting to lifts and downtown Ketchum, as well. There is also the 65-acre Warm Spring Preserve less than 1/4 mile away where you can enjoy a nice walk next to the creek and frisbee golf, and access to over 600 miles of hiking trails less than half a mile away!
