Have the best of both worlds with world-class skiing, hiking, shopping and dining while finding comfort at this serene mountain retreat.

This welcoming 3br/2ba multi-level home has an open main level floor plan providing space for everyone to be together or plenty of other rooms for you to spread out.

The Blue River Fun House is all about the convenience of being close enough for essentials and cultural experiences yet off the beaten path enough to soak up some nature! Upon arriving you will find plenty of parking for 4+ cars in the front, and additional parking in back. When you enter the house, there is a gear room to help keep your space organized and clutter free.

The roads and driveways are plowed and not too steep, no need for 4x4 but weather appropriate tires are recommended during the winter.

The main level has two fire places and the kitchen/dining room is a wonderful place for cooking and congregating. We offer all the basic amenities such as condiments, paper goods and a well equipped kitchen so you are ready to make what you want.

The living room is a continuous space with the kitchen so folks can either relax with a book on the couch, share a movie on the smart tv, or chime in the conversation.

The Family Room/Den in the lower level is a perfect escape to watch the game, stay up late, or even get some work done. There's a full size desk, ample lighting and a foldout couch with a 4” thick memory foam mattress that will have you ready for the next days’ adventure.

The Primary Bedroom is spacious and welcomes the morning sun, features a lounge and a balcony to give you the privacy and space to relax or be more productive.

Summary: The home is very comfortable, very clean, with full amenities, like big screen TV and cable, wi-fi, comfortable beds and furniture, full kitchen, and it’s a few minute walk from the most solitude you can find in any direction right there on the blue river. If you are interested in hiking the 13ers and 14ers near by you could not start from a more ideal location.
