Here at Seafoam Shanty in the Shade, you'll be right at home in this Northeast Pensacola two-unit home that sleeps 16! Easy access to I-10, 10 Mins to Pensacola Airport, 15 minutes downtown/Seville Quarter, University of West Florida, 20-minute drive to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos Stadium. 25-minute drive to famous Pensacola Beach. 30 minutes to NAS Pensacola and Naval Base Corey Station. Pet and kids alike will love the spacious backyard with ample room to play!
The Space:
For the both units, Main entry to the house will be through a keypad on the front door with a code that will be given to you at check-in. Once inside, you'll be in the cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Just past the living room is the dining table for 4 and the fully-equipped kitchen.
The hallway off the kitchen will take you to the bedrooms and bathroom.The first bedroom in each unit features a king bed and there are two queen beds in the second bedroom of each unit. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway.
You will find a full-sized washer just off the kitchen. Don't forget to check out the spacious backyard and bask in the shade of the large oak tree!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We prefer to give our guests privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away should ever the need arise!
