Four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and an open first floor plan allow for private spaces and family gatherings. Hundreds of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails bursting with fall colors within minutes, and the 55-mile Summit County Recreational pathway is just 3 blocks away.

Our warm and cozy place is freshly renovated and painted, with new furniture, fixtures, and mattresses. Warning: it's so comfy, you may not be motivated to get up early and leave! The salt water hot tub and two gas fireplaces give you choices about where to relax and warm up.
For safety we have 4 outside security cameras: front doorbell, front driveway, back patio, and inside the garage (for package deliveries).
We are a SUPER STRICT NON SMOKING OR VAPING property. The resulting smells give us migraines. Look elsewhere please if anyone in your party smokes or vapes.
