This charming home has been completely renovated while maintaining much of the 100+ year old charm of the original 1 room cabin this house grew from. You will be conveniently located in between the "Trout Capital, USA" of Cotter, AR (6 miles) and one of the "Best Small Towns in the South" by Southern Living of Mountain Home, AR (5 miles). From this central location you can be fishing on the White River at Rim Shoals Access in 7 minutes or enjoying a day on either of the area's massive lakes (Norfork or Bull Shoals) in less than 20 minutes. After a long day you can unwind and enjoy dinner and drinks in the downtown Mountain Home Entertainment District less than 10 minutes away. There is parking available for several vehicles, room to park a boat trailer, and available Level 2 EV charging on site (may require additional fee).

-It is currently set up to seat 4 at the dining table but a folding table and additional chairs are available in the house if your group needs more seating.
