A year of renovation has left this beautiful home's farmhouse roots intact, while upgrading its layout, fit and fixtures. Originally built in 1839, it has spent time as a farmhouse, a schoolhouse, a family home, and now your weekend retreat! Located just steps to the bars and restaurants in the village, the farmer's market on the village green, and the Colgate campus, it comfortably sleeps 8.

Please note, we are booked for Colgate Graduations through 2022.

Our gourmet kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops, new custom cabinetry, and is fully outfitted for you to throw a dinner party with the provisions you pick up at Hamilton's farmer's market. The sink window looks out over the back porch and beautiful back yard.

Elsewhere on the first floor, the living rooms have comfortable couches and social sitting areas. Plus a high definition, internet-connected TV. The first floor also features a full bathroom.

Upstairs, the spacious master suite has a beautifully tiled bathroom and a comfortable sitting room. The three remaining bedrooms (two queen beds and one full) share a full bath. All four bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses. A third full bathroom and a washer and dryer round out the top floor.
