The new kitchen has quartz counters and a casual dining area, and it is open to a generous great room with wood burning fireplace. Both spaces have access to the patio and a fully fenced backyard. The great room offers a comfortable workspace with two desks and two chairs, an exercise space with plenty of exercise equipment. Primer JAMO floor-standing speakers linked with a SONY Bluetooth amplifier and comfortable sofas. For some private hours, you can wrap yourself up in music.
Contemporary design and comforts are present in 4 bedrooms that will have you sleeping like royalty. The first master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed. The master bedroom also provides an en-suite 3/4 bathroom and a walk-in closet. Plus 3 additional upstairs bedrooms and a full bath.
Finally, you can easily change your settings by stepping out to the lush and private backyard. It features a sun-soaked patio, relaxes in the comfortable seating area, and prepares a delicious BBQ.
We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 10 pm. If our guests violate the rules and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be canceled immediately and the security deposit will be forfeited.
