Pequot Lakes is about 2.5 hours from the Twin Cities and 25 minutes form Brainerd. It is close to lots of quaint shopping in the various small resort areas adjacent, as well as in close proximity to major golf courses like Maddens, Rutgers and Breezy Point. Paul Bunyan Trail is about a mile away and offers a great way to enjoy the scenic up north. Fall and winter activities include hiking, biking , winter skiing, tubing, sledding and snowmobiling.
