This is not a luxury vacay—but real live countryside rustic “camping” and safe roughin’ it. Bring an RV! Enjoy BBQs, hikes. bike riding and/or bring your horse! —stables to rent for (approved) pets that you want to bring! Plenty of rivers and lakes nearby! Fishing & hunting! We have a small fridge and electricity and hot and cold water, utility sink, ice maker, and propane bbq outside grill .

You may hear a few barn animals from time to time- our cows might moo and our sheep might baah baaah! Also maybe some (or many) Arkansas ranch and barn insects, barn noises, bird sounds and crickets chirping outside. We have portable fans, heaters, and air conditioners! Tents and Porta- potties, and portable showers are available for use.
