Nicely updated 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome in a great location. Only 3.5 miles to Shands, North Florida Medical Center, UF, and VA. Easy access to I75! About 1 mile to shopping and an abundance restaurants. Close to Celebration Pointe and Butler Plaza.
You`ll enjoy staying in this cute townhome, living area downstairs that includes 1/2 bathroom. You`ll have 2 bedrooms upstairs, each have their own bathrooms.
One bedroom has a queen bed; 2nd bedroom has a two twin beds. The living room couch is a pull out sofa sleeper - sleeps 5

We ask that you please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it`s within the terms. Thanks! And we hope that nothing would come up that would interfere with the trip, but we want to make sure you`re covered just in case.
If no insurance policy is purchased, that`s OK, too- we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation.
