10 1/2 beautifully landscaped acres suitable for walking, bird watching, or whatever your pleasure might be. Enjoy relaxing by the pool, or strolling down to the pond for a little fishing. We are short distances away from several tourist attractions, or you may just want to relax and enjoy the surroundings. This is your own 'home away from home'. Enjoy the porch with comfortable seating overlooking the pool. There is a gas grill for your enjoyment, along with ceiling fans to keep you cool. There is also a 1/2 bath outside stocked with beach towels for your use. If it is too cool for swimming, you may enjoy the chiminea by the pool, while star gazing on a clear night. Step inside to your large open living area that includes a new 42'' tv with cable, vcr, and dvd. There are many movies, books, and magazines for your enjoyment. This open area also includes your modern kitchen with all modern appliances(side by side refrigerator, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, keurig coffee maker with specialty coffees and teas, and regular coffee pot). Small desk area for your work station. Island with seating for four. You may enjoy limited fishing from our well stocked pond, or watch while the fish are being fed. You may also enjoy feeding the ducks or geese. Relax in the Adirondack chairs, while reading a book or just enjoy the sunset...very relaxing! You may see deer walking over the property, and many birds. You may even hear a whippoorwill or owls at dusk.
