Summary: The staff were all very attentive and kind. No complaints about the staff. We did have a table lamp with a broken glass lamp shade that was very sharp and jagged. I don't think housekeeperling noticed.it when they cleaned last. The pool was very nice, but the hottub was extremely dirty and not working properly. We could see stuff flotaing all over the top of the water.
