You will be sharing a large bathroom with a double sink with one other person. Great location in a safe, quiet neighborhood by Dixieland and New Hope, 5 minutes from Hwy. 49 and the mall. The rent is $500 plus $50 per month for utilities including high-speed internet and laundry including laundry detergent. It has a huge backyard with covered patio, hot tub, firepit, gas BBQ and smoker. Smoking outdoors only. One month minimum. NO PETS! $650 moves you in: $500 rent + $50 for utilities.
