Positive: Plenty of space and privacy

Negative: This is my own fault, but I didn't read that we needed to pay for the hot tub and pool to be heated. To heat both requires a week's notice, so we just heated the hot tub for several hours each day. The home is in need of a good deep cleaning, survivor starts, cupboards, and carpets.
